90 Honda Accord Auto to Manual w/ JDM H23A VTEC & Hondata S300 - 186whp

This Accord came in as an automatic. Once converted to 5-Speed, the JDM H23A Accord SiR motor was installed and then dyno tuned with Hondata S300.

From Honda, the H23A & H22 come with too small a cam. Once aftermarket cams (skunk2, blox, etc.) and cam gears are installed, these motors easily make 200+ horsepower to the wheels.

Customer reported he has gotten a best of 280miles to a tank (~28mpg) on E85 and will be back for cam gears and more boost looking to hit 400hp on the stock GSR block.
